Monsoon Accessorize outsource EPOS replacement project to Paul Mason Consulting
Thresher Group appointed PMC to carry out an evaluation programme, which examined their system and processes. It highlighted the problems facing the Thresher Group, validated many of their concerns and presented an action plan to implement Centralised Stock Replenishment.
