Paul has spent his entire career in retail, working from the shopfloor to the boardroom in organisations such as John Lewis Partnership, Bhs, Kingfisher and B&Q. Paul has significant experience in helping key business decision-makers to evolve their strategies and leading significant business change programmes that have delivered measurable bottom line benefits. Paul is responsible for leading the PMC companies and driving the ongoing profitable growth.

Huw Thomas – Managing Director
Huw has more than 25 years IT services experience. He has held senior operational, service management, sales and general management positions at IBM, Phoenix and NCR. Huw heads up the UK Company on a day to day basis and is responsible for delivering our continued managed growth.

Lehane Kellett - Technology Director
Lehane's retail systems experience includes senior roles at Datachecker and Wincor Nixdorf. In his 30-year career he has held a variety of positions including development manager, technical architect and principal consultant. Lehane is responsible for the technology strategy for the group companies and providing thought leadership to PMC and the retail market on relevant current and future technologies.

Andy Hicketts – Client Services Director
Andy has more than 25 years UK and International IT experience with over 15 years in the Retail sector. Andy has held senior development, support and business change positions within the Banking/Insurance sector, Apple Computer Europe, Woolworths and Comet prior to joining PMC. Andy is responsible for leading the day to day client management activities and driving the growth of the business.

Frances Pendle – Operations Director
Frances has over 25 years experience of managing technical implementation and support teams. Frances has held senior positions in companies such as Hewlett Packard (formerly Mercury Interactive), BT Expedite and Informix and was previously the CTO of City Index.
Frances is responsible for leading the day to day operation of all PMC services teams to deliver operational excellence and ensuring that all propositions have a well documented repeatable process backed up by clear processes and procedures, with a focus on ongoing improvement.

Veronica Parr – Finance Director
Veronica has over 15 years experience in corporate financial roles across the publishing, IT and retail sectors. With a strong background in financial and management accountancy, Veronica’s role is to ensure the financial health of PMC and to focus the business to deliver key financial and performance measures, creating a strong platform for growth.

Carl Haggas – HR/Marketing Director
Carl has worked in UK and international HR/business roles for over 15 years, in IT, defence, distribution and B2B service organisations. Carl is responsible for ensuring that PMC remains an employer of choice and ensuring that the PMC team are focused and equipped to meet current and future client needs. Carl also leads the marketing strategy for PMC, ensuring that the PMC brand is clear and understood in the marketplace.

Gordon Ambidge - Non Executive Chairman
Gordon Ambidge was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Symbol Technologies EMEA, before being appointed Non Executive Chairman of PMC. Prior to his time with Symbol Technologies, Gordon was MD of Datachecker where under his leadership the revenue grew from £2m to £35m. Gordon has also held senior sales and marketing positions with Burroughs, Data 100 and Perkin-Elmer Data Systems
